See Jane Run

I am so thankful for a healthy body. I am also thankful that I do not live in fear. I don't allow fear to keep me back from challenging myself & taking risks.


Last Saturday I competed in my first sprint triatholon and the results just came in and I'm SUPER proud of myself for 1. getting started 2. never giving up! =)

Total Time: 1:49:10.7
Swim: 11:40.7
Bike: 51:02.3
Run: 39:25.2

My 2011 goal is to beat my 2010 time for each category!

  1. Congrats on your first Sprint Tri-Athalon! Thank you so much for coming to my blog and commenting. I've seen you on Dave's FB, but never really chatted with you. I don't think I even met you last week when I stopped by his work to bring him lunch? Anyway, it's great to see another person interested in living a healthy lifestyle. I'd love to workout with you and stuff. Let me know what works for you! I've always wanted to join something, but never knew how. I just moved to Stockton and don't know too many people yet :)

  2. I work different hours than Dave. I'm currently working nights but next week I'm back to a day schedule. If you'd like to join me next week I've listed my workout plan. I have a pool at my house but will probably just wear a wetsuit so I'm warm. You're welcome to join. Also, I workout at Gold's gym near Costco.

    Here's my plan for next week:
    Monday: maybe run with a running group here in Stockton then swim 1 hour
    Tuesday: bike 10 miles & swim 1 hour
    Wednesday: gym & swim 1 hour
    Thursday: gym & swim 1 hour
    Friday: swim 1 hour
    Saturday: bike 10 miles
    Sunday: gym
